Racking System for Robotics |
It consists of automating a process that until now, was carried out using conventional manual systems.
Even though this is a new system, our TECHNOLOGY has been widely experimented on other automations in various sectors o f the industry.
The use of robots and advanced controls allow us to achieve flexibility and optimisation of the process, increasing the production up to a 50% in relation with the older systems.
The system is robotised through a cartesian or anthropomorphous robot depending on the type of application and production desired.

Washing Barrel for Wineries |
The robot is in charge of moving the barrels once they have been emptied, to the different washing points with total flexibility in relation with working times or sequences.
The barrel gripping device compensates the deviation of measure that together with the alignment system permits working with barrels coming from different places.
The high-pressure washing system with hot and cold water with washing nozzles of solid and efficient design, guarantee a homogenous cleaning of the barrels.

Wine Barrel Wash - Control |
Based on the control and tactile screen with intuitive screens, allowing non-expert personnel to handle the installation in very little time.
The operator will be able to activate or deactivate any working station as well as temporising a specific operation.
This advantage gives the oenologist the power to personalise the treatment given to every group of barrels that must be cleaned.
The automatic sulfitation of the barrels is foreseen through the sulphite gas.

Robotic System - Service |
The work system consists of: emptying the barrels, waste draining, exterior brushing of the barrels, exterior washing of the barrels, vaporisation, high-pressure washing with hot water, high-pressure washing with cold water, draining, sulfilated and filling.
